Menopause

Do you want to empower yourself to effectively navigate the menopause through a mindfulness approach?

Mindful Menopause: Navigating the Changes with Awareness

This programme is designed to support women going through menopause by incorporating mindfulness practices to help manage the physical and psychological changes that accompany this life transition.

  • Encompassing mindfulness techniques tailored to address the unique experiences of menopause, promoting a positive and empowered approach to this phase of life. Participants will learn strategies for stress reduction, emotional well-being, and embracing the transition with mindfulness.

  • 8 weekly 2 hour sessions with half day retreat in a comfortable local environment.

Programme benefits

Clarity: Address the cognitive challenges associated with menopause such as forgetfulness and difficulty concentrating. Better navigation of emotional changes and gain understanding of feelings and reactions during the transitional periods.
